Toning is a sound healing technique using the vibration of your voice as a vibrational energy process based on the vocal emission of specific frequencies which restore harmony and balance within the body and energy field.
Simply said, the vibration of the voice can generate well-being.

How a Session Looks
Toning sessions are done in person or virtually over the phone.

I bring forth the sound based on what I hear you are in need of in this moment. Each session is unique and based on your balancing needs.
You receive sound healing with Toning and a reading of the session.
A combination of Toning, Angel Tuning Forks & Crystal Sound bowls may be used for these sessions.
